Abstract:Background: Teratomas are germ cell tumors derived from three embryonic germ layers. Most of them are benign mature teratomas and are frequently observed in the sacrococcygeal region, gonads, and mediastinum, the occurrence of immature teratomas in the gastric wall is extremely rare.
