Abstract:Alveolar capillary dysplasia with misalignment of pulmonary veins (ACDMPV) is a lethal lung developmental disorder caused by the arrest of fetal lung formation, resulting in neonatal death due to acute respiratory failure and pulmonary arterial hypertension.
