Abstract:Background. Autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease is a rare congenital anomaly with poor prognosis. It characterized by the development of cysts in kidneys parenchyma, secondary dilatation, and hyperplasia of normally formed collecting tube in kidneys.Clinical case description.
