Preoperative Differences in Intracranial Facial Versus Vestibular Schwannomas: A Four Nerve Assessment

Abstract: Objectives Assesses whether preoperative functional testing can distinguish vestibular schwannomas from facial nerve schwannomas medial to the labyrinthine segment.
