Abstract:Case:
A multicenter series of 3 patients with amyoplasia of the upper extremity were indicated for gracilis free functional muscle transfer (FFMT) to restore elbow flexion and found to have an absent gracilis. A final case is discussed detailing standardized evaluation with ultrasound to confirm gracilis before surgical intervention.
