Abstract: Objective This study aims to evaluate the preoperative neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and ultrasound tumor characteristics to identify risk factors for central lymph node metastasis (CLNM) in clinically lymph node-negative (cN0) papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) patients.
