Preoperative therapy for pancreatic adenocarcinoma—precision beyond anatomy

Abstract: Despite recent advances in the systemic treatment of gastrointestinal tumors, pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) remains a challenging disease, with 5‐year survival just over 10%.
