Abstract:Background:
Pancreatic perivascular epithelioid cell tumors (PEComas) are exceedingly uncommon mesenchymal tumors. Herein we have mainly focused on the radiologic features of pancreatic PEComas to achieve a better knowledge of the disease.
Case report:
