Preparação e caracterização de materiais ferroelétricos de composição Bi4Ti3O12 contendo Lantânio e Érbio

Abstract: Este trabalho descreve um estudo sistemático da influência da adição do átomo de lantânio na estrutura da fase Bi 4 Ti 3 O 12 (BIT) e do átomo érbio na fase Bi 3,25 La 0,75 Ti 3 O 12 (BLT075) no que tange seu processo de síntese e suas propriedades estruturais, microestruturais e elétricas.
