Abstract:PANI‐DBSA particles were synthesized through in‐situ lotion polymerization of aniline (AN) and dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) as raw materials, which followed by combining with epoxy resin (E‐44) and castor oil (CO) to prepare a polyaniline mixture (PANI‐DBSA/CO), which was used as nano filler to create nano polyaniline/polyurethane interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) coating.
