Abstract:A fluorescent probe, N′-((3-methyl-5-oxo-1-phenyl-4, 5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-4-yl) methylene)-2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carbohydrazide (MPMC), was synthesized and characterized. Characterizations of the synthetic MPMC were conducted via proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1HNMR) spectroscopy and carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (13C NMR). The fluorescence emission behaviors of the MPMC probe towards diverse metal ions were detected, and the probe exhibited high sensitivity and selectivity towards Cu2+ o… Show more
A simple turn-off fluorescent probe DHP is designed and synthesized for the sensitive and selective detection of Cu2+. The probe DHP exhibits good anti-interference performance against Cu2+ in the presence of multiple metal ions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
