Abstract: Biochar is widely used for environmental and agricultural purposes due to its positive effect on soil fertility, immobilization of pollutants and sequestration of carbon. This research produced biochar from plant waste (palm fronds PFB) and animal waste (sheep manure SMB) at different pyrolysis temperatures (300 and 700 °C) and compared their physicochemical properties.
