Preparation and Characterization of LaMoO3, LaxSryVzO3and LaxSryMozO3Perovskite Type Oxides by the Sol-Gel Citrate Method

Abstract: In this study, LaMoO3, LaxSryVzO3 and LaxSryMozO3 perovskites have been prepared by the solgel citrate method and calcined at 1000• C for 5 h. Ammonium carbonate and citric acid were used as complexing agent and solvent. Phases of synthesized materials were characterized with X-ray diraction. Morphological analysis and elemental composition of perovskites were determined by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy.
