Abstract:In this paper, three different functional phases of thermal insulation, hollow ceramic microspheres (HCM), hollow silica microspheres (HSM) and hydroxy silicone oil blowing agent (OH-3#)were selected, and a flexible and efficient thermal insulation composite with low thermal conductivity and high thermal structural strength was designed and prepared using the synergistic effect between the three. The results show that the thermal stability and mechanical performance of composites were significantly enforced.
