“…o -Iodoaniline is an important intermediate for the synthesis of many drugs, such as quinolines, indoles, coumarones, benzothiazoles, benzimidazoles, oximes, etc. p -Iodoaniline is an organic synthesis intermediate for dyes, medicines, and pesticides, such as the non-cytotoxic biological radiopacity material with p -iodoaniline as the end-capper, cyclodextrin, and radiolabeled insulin . Also, m -iodoaniline can be used to develop conductive materials .…”

“…Polyurethane occupies an important position in the biomedical field because of its excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance, easy shaping and good biocompatibility [2][3][4][5] . Polyurethane synthetic materials is the only one material applied to medical polymer to be used for artificial heart valve, artificial blood vessels, artificial kidneys and other artificial parts of direct contact with blood without causing blood clots, thrombosis, and so on.…”

“…Polyurethane (PU) is one of the most interesting synthetic elastomers. Due to its unique properties, more attention has been attracted to the synthesis, morphology, chemical and mechanical properties and good biocompatibility [1][2][3][4][5].In particular, polyurethane synthetic materials only can be used for artificial heart valve, artificial blood vessels, artificial kidneys and artificial organ which direct contact with blood, and not cause phenomenon such as blood clots, thrombosis and so on. The linear structure of segmented PU appears in the form of (A-B)n. The soft-segment part B is normally polyester or polyether macrogel of molecular weight between 1000 and 3000, and the hard-segment part A is consisted of a low-molecular weight diol or diamine reacted with diisocyanate [6].…”
