Abstract:Gold
magnetic particles as a new carrier of disease diagnosis probes have
attracted wide attention but encountered a bottleneck. That is, the
interfacial properties of gold magnetic particles are susceptible
to the influence of nonspecific biological molecules in actual diagnostic
samples. Here, a novel nanoparticle made by the covalent attachment
of polyethyleneimine and hyperbranched polyether polyol onto the gold
shell surface of a magnetic bead demonstrated not only low fouling
properties but also excellen… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
