Abstract:This work studies the use of Cu/Co‐MOFs for the removal of doxycycline hydrochloride (DOC) in wastewater. Cu/Co‐MOFs were prepared using a solvothermal method and characterized by XRD, SEM, and TG. According to the experimental results, the maximum DOC adsorption capacity of Cu/Co‐MOFs within 5 h was 268.5 mg/g. The pseudo‐second‐order (PSO) kinetic model shows that the R2 are all greater than 0.99, which proves that the theory DOC adsorption by Cu/Co‐MOFs is consistent with practice. According to the Freundli… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
