Abstract:This paper fabricated a new kind of maleic anhydride–polystyrene
microsphere–shikonin/oxidized nanocellulose film with freshness
monitoring function. Shikonin was used as a color indicator, the oxidized
nanocellulose was used as a matrix, styrene–maleic anhydride
microspheres were used as a cross-linking agent, and glycerin was
used as a plasticizer. The morphology, microstructure, structural
stability, and mechanical properties of the styrene–maleic
anhydride microsphere–shikonin/oxidized nanocellulose film
