Abstract:Cementite (Fe3C) as a special iron‐carbon alloy has excellent electrical conductivity, while its electron‐rich iron‐carbon bonds provide potential electrocatalytic oxygen evolution performance. In this work, novel Nx−Fe/Fe3C/KVO3 composites were obtained by simple heat treatment using K−V−Fe Prussian blue analogues (PBAs) nanocubes as precursors. The residual nitrogen after heat treatment using Prussian blue can introduce new C−N active sites, which can further improve the OER performance of these composites. … Show more
The great attention toward commercializing renewable energy systems has motivated extensive research to develop non-precious-metal-based catalysts for promoting the electrochemical production of H2 and O2 from water. Here, we report...
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
