Preserving Dental Alveolus Using Allograft

Abstract: The loss of alveolar bone volume is a physiological consequence of tooth loss, which if not done carefully preserved and becomes a significant functional and aesthetic risk for the installation of osseointegrated dental implants. The dimensional differences of the alveolar ridge can be attenuated with different graft materials and surgical procedures.
