“…The Survivorship Oncofertility Barriers Scale provides a tool to assess survivors’ multifactorial oncofertility barriers and inform tailored counseling and shared decision making. Implementation of this scale can also inform gaps in evidence and identify opportunities for addressing barriers to care that help survivors achieve their motherhood goals and improves their health outcomes 35.
