“…In 2020 following a needs assessment at one of the large volume ART site – John F Kennedy Medical Center (JFKMC) in Monrovia, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was developed between the NACP, Partnership for Research on Vaccines and Infectious Diseases in Liberia (PREVAIL) and JFKMC to create access to GeneXpert platforms and other research infrastructure [ 15 ].
