Abstract: : Hypertension (HTN) is one of the most prevalent, modifiable and treatable causes of cardiovascular diseases in the elderly. Damage to cardiovascular system due to chronic hypertension causes hypertensive heart disease including left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH).
