Prevalence and Factors Associated with Low Back Pain among Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM)

Abstract: This study investigated the prevalence and associated factors of low back pain (LBP) among T2DM. LBP was assessed using the Standardized Nordic Questionnaire, Wong-Baker Face Pain Scale for pain intensity and disability level was evaluated using the Revised Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire. 55.3% of the T2DM participants suffered LBP in the last 12 months.
