Prévalence des fumonisines dans les aliments pour volaille en Algérie

Abstract: Les fumonisines sont des mycotoxines produites par le genre Fusarium, et plus particulièrement Fusarium verticillioides (anciennement appelé F. moniliforme) et F. proliferatum. Elles ont une large distribution et une grande importance économique et sanitaire. Les plus courantes sont la fumonisine B1 (FB1) et la fumonisine B2 (FB2). “…Measures to reduce the fumonisin contamination include early harvest, rapid drying of the maize crop, sorting, use of storage facilities and pest control. Quantitative PCR [16,33,109] is a quick and cheaper way to estimate the risk for high fumonisin levels than chromatographic methods [41,89] and it can be used already before harvesting.
