Abstract:Background: Acid peptic disorder (APD) is the most frequently encountered provisional diagnosis in general practice with Helicobacter pylori being the major causal agent. In the present study we aim to report the incidence of H. pylori infection among patients undergoing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy at a tertiary care center in central Nepal.
