Prevention of pancreatogenic disorders by infusion of Monomer-electrolyte solutions in combination with dalargin

Abstract: Chronic experiments on dogs have shown that in acute pancreatitis cardiac and liver disorders arise before pronounced changes in blood amylase level. Liver and hemodynamics disorders develop earlier than profound functional changes in the pancreas. Dalargin (50 gg/ml), a synthetic enkephalin analogue, stimulated the absorbing function of the small intestine.
