Prevention of thromboembolic complications in laparoscopic surgery in gynecology

Abstract: The review presents data on the incidence of thromboembolic complications with laparoscopic access in gynecological practice and compares it to the conventional laparoscopic surgery. Methods for the prevention of thrombotic complications, dosages of medications and the duration of their use are discussed. Modern approaches to the treatment of gynecological patients after endoscopic interventions indicate the advisability of using preventive measures to decrease thromboembolic complications.
