“…Due to the worse prognosis for the course of COVID-19 and the risk of developing long-term COVID in individuals with a history of NCDs, the COVID-19 pandemic has once again demonstrated the significance of NCDs in the structure of morbidity and mortality, confirming the need for timely disease detection and treatment [ 3 ].
