Preventive effects of glycaemic control on ocular complications of Spontaneously Diabetic Torii rat

Abstract: These findings indicate that ocular complications of SDT rats are caused by hyperglycaemia. The features of SDT rats indicate their usefulness for the future study of diabetic retinopathy.
