PRF supported socket preservation – a predictable implant outcome.

Abstract: After the extraction of teeth due to cavities, trauma or periodontal disease, the subsequent healing of postexstraction alveolar socket results in bone irregularities of the residual alveolar ridge (reduction of height and width). The factors of bone resorption can be divided into: anatomical, metabolic, functional and prosthetic factors.
