Abstract:The present paper deals with a new black mildew collected on living leaves of lemon (Citrus aurantifolia, Rutaceae), from Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, India. The fungus was identified as the species of Prillieuxina as it contains substraight, branched hyphae without appressoria and setae; orbicular thyriothecia and brown uniseptate ascospores.
