Abstract: Many studies have indicated that tumor growth factor‐beta (TGF‐β) signaling mediates radiation‐induced bystander effects (RIBEs). The primary cilium (PC) coordinates several signaling pathways including TGF‐β signaling to regulate diverse cellular processes.
