Primary complete colporrhexis in primigravida

Abstract: Case reportgave her an expected date of delivery of 10 October 1987. The antenatal follow up was uncomplicated until 39 weeks when she developed a mild hypertension with systolic/diastolic blood presure of 160/90 mmHg. She was A 33 year old, healthy Primigravida booked at l1 weeks Of S3 7RE.asymptomatic and there was no proteinuria. Her blood pressure settled with bedrest, but a decision was made to induce labour at term.
