Abstract: The abdomen, particularly the ileocecal region, is the most commonly affected disease site in sporadic Burkitt lymphoma (BL). Involvement of the stomach is very rare. Primary gastric atypical Burkitt lymphoma has not been described in the literature, to the best of our knowledge.
