Primary gastric Burkitt’s Lymphoma mimicking gastric cancer: a case report

Abstract: Burkitt’s Lymphoma is a highly malignant B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma that is extremely sensitive to intensified chemotherapy and its occurrence is closely associated with Epstein-Barr virus. Extranodal lymphoma often involves the gastrointestinal tract, but primary gastrointestinal lymphoma is rare, and primary gastric Burkitt’s Lymphoma is even rarer.
