Abstract:Primary gastric squamous cell carcinoma is a very rare cancer whose mechanism has not been clearly elucidated. To date, less than 100 cases have been reported. However, only one case was reported to be presented as a subepithelial tumor. A 69-year-old woman complained of melena, dizziness for one month, and anorexia for two months.
