Primary High-grade Serous Carcinoma of the Fallopian Tube as an Incidental Intraoperative Finding: A Case Report

Abstract: : Primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube is a rare, but fatal gynecologic cancer. The preoperative diagnosis of this carcinoma is challenging due to the absence of specific symptoms and signs, and in most patients, it is an intraoperative finding.
