Abstract:Granulocytic sarcoma (GS) is a rare extramedullary malignant tumor composed of immature granulocytes, including myeloblasts, promyelocytes, and myelocytes. In most cases, these are associated with persisting blood dyscrasias such as acute myeloid leukemia and chronic myeloid leukemia.
