Abstract: (1) Introduction: Leiomyosarcomas are highly aggressive mesenchymal neoplasm derived from smooth muscle cells which, in the mediastinum, are present in various primary organs; To our knowledge, less than 10 cases of primary mediastinal leiomyosarcoma have been described.
