Primary Leptomeningeal Melanoma of the Cervical Spine Mimicking a Meningioma—A Case Report

Abstract: Background and Importance Primary leptomeningeal melanoma (PLM) is highly malignant and exceedingly rare. Due to its rarity, diagnostic and treatment paradigms have been slow to evolve.
