Primary ovarian leiomyoma in a postmenopausal woman: a case report

Abstract: Ovarian leiomyoma is a benign primary smooth muscle tumor. It is a small solid tumor commonly occurring in premenopausal women. Here we present a case of large ovarian leiomyoma in a postmenopausal woman.
