Abstract: Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the colon is an extremely rare condition, and its pathogenesis is not fully understood. Bowel perforation is a very infrequent manifestation of colonic SCC, and only a few cases have been reported in the literature involving sigmoid and splenic flexure perforation.
