Abstract:This case presents Primary Squamous Cell Carcinoma of The Endometrium with cytological and immunocytological characteristics in specimens from endometrial aspirate, Pap smear and peritoneal washing. Initial TVUS and clinical examination showed no abnormalities, and the first curettage sample was interpreted as benign while the second was histopathologically inconclusive. The final histopathology diagnosis in the hysterectomy specimen confirmed the diagnosis of this rare tumour.
