Abstract: Ovaj rad demonstrira primenu elemenata Lean filozofije na na snimanje i analizu gubitaka u procesu reklamacije proizvoda i otklanjanja kvara, primenom VSM metodologije. Data je mapa tok vrednosti za trenutno i željeno stanje u procesu prijema reklamacija.
