The downstream program issued by the Indonesian government is not only for the mining sector, but also other sectors including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).In the midst of the potential for downstreaming, there are various challenges that are still emerging, both the impact of downstreaming on the economy which needs to be expanded, as well as challenges related to production factors, as well as regulations in terms of implementing green industry. With the implementation of this green industry, it is hoped that it can increase competitiveness with environmentally friendly production processes and results. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of downstream policies for the MSME industry and the implementation of a green economy on national economic growth. The analysis technique used is SEM (Stuctural Equation Modeling) which is operated through the AMOS 24 application. The test results found that the economic downstream policy, apart from supporting economic growth, also provides added value and diversification of Indonesia's superior export products. The downstreaming of various commodities also supports the Green Economy in Indonesia. This industrial downstream policy is also an important foundation for advancing the Indonesian economy in making leaps in Indonesia's economic growth globally. These findings can support the next Indonesian government to continue the industrial downstream policy until Indonesia becomes a developed country.

In Indonesia, inflation plays a significant role in shaping economic growth. Therefore, it is essential toexamine the impact of inflation on economic growth through a comprehensive analysis. This analysisaims to identify the factors influencing economic growth in Indonesia by utilizing nonlinear regressionanalysis. The study focuses specifically on modeling economic growth in Batam City and its correlation with inflation. The primary goal is to identify the most effective nonlinear regression model thataccurately represents the relationship between economic growth and inflation, as determined by the coefficient of determination. The method used in this research is nonlinear regression methods providea more accurate and comprehensive analysis when dealing with complex relationships and can helpuncover valuable insights that may be missed by simpler linear models. The results of the analysisfinding the model that is suitable for modeling inflation on economic growth is a quadratic model witha coefficient of determination of 73.4%. The research has found that the best model for explaining theimpact of inflation on economic growth is the Quadratic model with an R-value of 0.734 or 75%. Theseresults indicate that the Quadratic model can account for 75% of the influence of inflation on economicgrowth.

Factor analysis can be used to track the Gross Regional Domestic Product sector that affects the rate of economic growth. Based on data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of South Sulawesi Province, there was a significant increase from 2010 to 2021, for example, household consumption expenditure in 2010 was 100 and in 2021 it rose to 167 and that applies to all components of expenditure. This type of research uses a quantitative research approach. The data used is secular data obtained from the BPS publication of South Sulawesi Province, where the object of research is Gross Regional Domestic Product by expenditure with 8 sectors for the last 12 years, namely from 2010-2021. All expenditure component variables are eligible for factor analysis because they have met the data adequacy test and the data freedom test, and only 1 factor is formed. The expenditure component in GRDP has a very strong relationship because it has a value > 0.5 which can be said that the Expenditure Component consists of Household Consumption, LNPRT Consumption, Government Expenditure, Gross Fixed Capital Formation, Changes in Inventory, Foreign Exports, Foreign Imports , Inter-regional Net Exports affect the economic growth rate of South Sulawesi Province. The most dominant variable is Gross Fixed Capital Formation because it has a greater correlation value among other variables.
