Priority‐aware intelligent device access management for carbon footprint monitoring in sustainable cites and society

Abstract: Carbon footprint monitoring provides significant basis for computing facilities to improve the computing efficiency and reduce the energy cost, which can enable low/zero carbon computing and facilitate the construction of sustainable cites.
