Pro12 Healthcare Resource Use and Expenditures in Patients With X-Linked Myotubular Myopathy (Xlmtm)

Abstract

This study provides valuable information as inputs for health care planning. if we extrapolate this costs to the unknown prevalence of aHUS extremely rare disease in Colombia, we can estimate the economic burden and its financial impact in the national budget. We encourage policy makers to focus in estimating total cases of aHUS and developing costing control strategies.
