Probing CP violation in semi-leptonic decays through time-evolution

Abstract: We discuss the role of time-dependent observables in probing CP-violation in 𝑏 β†’ 𝑠ℓ + β„“ βˆ’ and 𝑏 β†’ π‘ πœˆ Ξ½ decays. We identify a set of new observables by looking at the time evolution of the differential decay rate of 𝐡 𝑑 β†’ 𝐾 𝑆 β„“ + β„“ βˆ’ and 𝐡 𝑑 β†’ 𝐾 𝑆 𝜈 Ξ½ where the interference of 𝐡 𝑑 βˆ’ B𝑑 meson mixing and decay is probed.
