The present investigation is based on the improvement in quality management to reduce costs in the company SERGECOR S.A.C, which presents a series of problems in its logistical, financial and sales process. The study used an analysis method. In the methodology; On the one hand, tools such as: Process Operations Diagram (PDO), Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Six Sigma and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) were used; On the other hand, for the statistical tests the Ishikawa, the Indicator Matrix, the Pareto diagram, the histograms and control charts developed in Minitab were used. A loss of S/. 26,206.00 in the sum of the 4 root causes, identifying that Root Cause 1 "Lack of training of work personnel" and Root Cause 4 "Absence of a work environmentwith optimal space" are the ones with the greatest impact, followed by Cause Root 3 "there is no adequate control during the review to acquire raw material" and ending with Root Cause 2 "lack of maintenance of work machines". Finally, the application of the proposed quality tools and processes, manage to control the value processes of the company, and therefore reduce the respective losses of each problem.
